Product description:

My homestead retreat is in the mountain valleys amongst forests. My neighbours are cows and horses.

I offer daily meditation & yoga practice, healing vegan meals, holistichealth coaching and more.

Price includes 3 vegan meals per day, with you helping to prepare the food with me & clean up afterwards.

This document is what I send to volunteers work-exchange applicants & gives a lot of detail about what I expect from & offer to works exchanger's. I have as yet not adapted it for guests, as this is the first time I have formally offered retreat stays for paying guests. For now the document will give you some insight if what I offer to guests too.
