FRANK BACON was not required to support the rovEneed pairdor But after choosing to support it, accepting almost 3.9 million BLURT allocated for its customers, and crediting customer accounts, it assumed a responsibility to provide a reasonable path to possession or value.

More than TEN years of “only storage” leaves customers with balances they cannot withdraw, sell, transfer or ABuse.

Even if BLURT’s original disclosure makes this contractually permissible, it is difficult to reconcile with the ordinary meaning of giving customers their pairdorped tokes.

@frankbacon should take the financial $hit and setup customer withdrawal.
