They Are Weaponizing Food Again: “Protective” coating for fruits and vegetables -Apeel

There are 2 fruit and Vegetable coatings coming to a store near you actually. ALP and Apeel. Today, I am going to inform you about Appeel which will be a long post in itself so we can spend more time on the ALP Amaloid-like Protein coating. That post will be much more techy and sciency.

All links to references used in the creation of this post are down below. Enjoy!

Apeel sometimes labeled as Edipeel or Organipeel is made to slow spoilage by forming an invisible barrier that prevents moisture loss and oxidation.

The idea is to reduce spoilage therby feed more people and reduce shipping by not needing to ship as often to have "fresh" food in the markets. Sounds great, right? Yeah, it always does but......there's a catch. Is it FDA approved?

Despite the lack of long-term studies, the FDA has approved Apeel for use on organic produce, labeling it “generally recognized as safe” GRAS .

SO.......then.......how can the food item be labeled as organic? Many of us have suspected the organic label is mostly a sales technique unless the food item is coming from a small family-owned private farm. So what if you think you can just was it off?

Well, the company claims you absolutely can. However, some food advocacy groups state that this coating is meant to be invisible, tasteless, and long-lasting. Even with scrubbing, soaking, or peeling, it often remains embedded in the porous skin of produce.

Here's a nice little video I found. It's only one minute and 18 seconds long. Normally I do not use other people's work but this is worth it I think:

Is that the catch? Nope! Keep reading.

Back to safety. Here's what we know about this product, never forgetting what we do not know about it. Per the companies website:

Our coating for organic produce, Organipeel, is made of citric acid, baking soda, and plant-based mono- and diglycerides.

A little Google search reveals:

Manufactured Citric Acid: Citric acid is an organic acid commonly found in citrus fruits. It is also manufactured commercially through a fermentation process using the mold Aspergillus niger.

Is that an issue? According to the National Institute of Health, you bet ya! They also confirm the manufacturing process described above.

Aspergillus niger contains several toxins, some harmless and others harmful to certain people. The main toxins it contains are ochratoxin A OTA and malformin C. OTA is a known carcinogenic mycotoxin with nephrotoxic and immunotoxic potential in animals 14 . Individuals are at risk of exposure to OTA if they ingest food contaminated with it such as wine, beer, coffee, dried vine fruit, pork, poultry, dairy, spices, and cacao 14 . Toxicity from OTA is considered serious enough that it is among the 20 mycotoxins monitored in food 15,16 . Animals exposed to OTA develop DNA adducts, which are covalent modifications of the DNA. This is believed to interfere with the DNA repair system and cell cycle control and may serve as the initiating point of carcinogenesis 14 .

Given the thermotolerance of A. niger, there is great potential that byproducts of A. niger remain in the final MCA product.

This is the same issue as using human fetal cells to create vaccines. There is not way to extract the viral components grown in those cells without also harvesting fragments of the cell. a cell containing human elements. Understand why auto-immune diseases are through the roof?

This citric acid product is also approved by the FDA as "Generally Regarded As Safe" despite the lack of safety studies. No double blind placebo study has ever been done according to my research.

It now seems like a minor point to mention the plant-based mono- and diglycerides mentioned as ingredients are of course a highly processed product. I included a publication from Science Direct on this for you. <br <div class="pull-left" </div Now, here is the kicker. The kick to the face. Ready? Who are the major investors in the miraculous very safe and effective coating on our food? Can you guess? LOL. Ready? dum duh da da....... <br <br <br <br

<b Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation The World Economic Forum The Rockefeller Foundation</b

That says it all. Everything we need to know. The very people who no longer want or need us. The very eugenicists behind everything that is slowly and painfully klling us. For those who do not know, look up the history of the Rockefeller Family and their foundation regarding the establishment of the pharmaceutical industry. An eye opener for sure. Now you know why they say, eat less meat and as much fruit and vegetables as possible.

Stay tuned for the next one. That one will take me longer to put together for you. Might have it ready tomorrow, it might be the day after.

Stay Alert folks! Pay attention! Find a way to grow your own food! I sure am glad that I am already in the habit of not buying fruit or vegetables I can not peel.

Much Love,
