Baking doughnuts from SCRATCH!

I know, I know, it has been a long while since I posted. Life has been quite hectic since my family and I moved to a new city, but if you have seen my other posts, you will see that I have been attending baking classes. Well, we're doing it again!

I have been attending these classes for about a month now but was too tired to post about it. Now that things have finally settled down, I can post about at least one of my creations.

This class was extra unhealthy because I made doughnuts. I got to deep-fry the chewy goodness in some good ol' hot oil. I might've burnt myself once or twice, but it's all part of the learning process. :D

CAN WE JUST TAKE A MOMENT FOR HOW FRIGGIN' NICE THESE TEACHERS ARE AAAAAHHHHH!!!

I love the fact that while the teacher was presenting how to knead the dough, I dropped my rolling pin, and he said, "No te enojes." Which means "Don't get angry." Everyone laughed. So whenever someone else drops their rolling pin, I repeat what he said, just for the glory of it. ✨

Okay, I'm getting off track. Where was I? Doughnuts, right.

Try not to get hungry.
