Tres Leches Lies!
Hiii! I am really excited to write this post today: there are a lot of stories I want to tell that I'm sure you'd love! First however, let me show you this MASTERPIECE of a cake.
If you are wondering what all that liquid at the bottom is, it's a mixture of evaporated milk, condensed milk, normal milk, and cream.
If you haven't guessed already, this is a "tres leches" cake or "three milks" in English.
BUT! If you count the ingredients above, you will see that there are FOUR MILKS!!!
LIES LIES LIES!!!!!
When the teacher brought out the ingredients, and I counted them, I only felt shame and anguish. Why, this is just preposterous. How could someone deceive us so badly? All my life I believed this lie. WHAT ELSE COULD THEY BE LYING ABOUT!?!?!?!? ARE STRAWBERRIES NOT STRAWBERRIES?!?!?!
Star, relax, it's just one little thing...
NO! I must get to the bottom of this. This will not leave my mind until either I find out why this cake was mislabeled, or... I'll just forget about it in a few weeks. ¯\ ツ /¯
Anyways, where was I? Ah yes. Let me tell you a few stories.
-----
When the class was almost over, I was going to get something when I saw some other students making sushi....
I stared for a few moments, then I looked down at a desk.
A tray.
An entire tray filled with sushi rice.
I had two options.
A: Grab a small handful and eat it, but risk getting caught.
B: take a small handful and enjoy the pleasure of eating the delicacy of rice, but risk getting caught.
My hungry ass, of course, chose to eat that rice, and...
HOLY
CRAP
That stuff transported me into a whole other dimension of culinary wonders: the flavors melted on my tongue. Who knew sushi rice could taste like this? But alas, I had things to do. I gathered some stuff and walked back into the classroom.
I finished up my cake, added the toppings, and chucked it in a container. Now I had to wait for someone to pick me up...
So i waited...
And waited...
Ate a slice of my cake...
Got bored...
Really bored...
Then my classmate got in a bit of a sticky situation.

Let me give you some backstory…
So when all the students finished decorating their cake with frosting, we had some leftover, so the teacher put them in little plastic baggies and gave them out to students. Most of the other students had already left, so now it was just me and two other kids. Let me call them...Rodrigo and Alexandra.
Rodrigo put the plastic bag full of frosting into his backpack, and as you might expect, it exploded. Alexandra and I laughed at him for a few minutes before we went to help him get all that frosting out.
Don't ask me how, but somehow we all managed to get each other seated, and we started...arm wrestling...?
Alexandra is fifteen, and I am thirteen, and in the first round, I beat a girl two years older than me in an arm wrestle. 💪😎
I lost the rest of the times, but it's better than nothing! 😅

Geez, that was a long post! I hope you enjoyed it though!
Have a great rest of your day, and thank you for your time!!!
